However, the main party to celebrate the mega star’s special day has been planned by wife Gauri Khan and ace director Karan Johar at Mannat tonight.

As has been the case on Shah Rukh Khan’s earlier birthdays, he will also be obliging his fans by coming out of his house to greet them on the occasion the crowds which gather outside his house on such days. Even an interaction with media is expected on the occasion, which is likely to be of hour duration.

Meanwhile, the good wishes from colleagues and well wishers have started pouring in and one of the first to greet King Khan on this occasion was none other than his perceived professional rival Amitabh Bachchan. Big B has termed Shah Rukh Khan as one of the most competent actors of bollywood.

Shah Rukh Khan, who worked with Big B in ‘Mohabbatein’ and ‘Kabhi Khusi Kabhi Gham’ had especially impressed him with his acting in ‘Swades’ and ‘Kabhi Alvida Na Kehna’. Amitabh feels that Shah Rukh Khan showed his great histrionic prowess by enacting the complex role of ‘Swades’ with a consummate ease and that had floored him.

Similarly, Shah Rukh Khan impressed dream girl Hema Malini, who had directed him in her home production ‘Dil Aashna Hai’. Hema Malini, who had been one of the most successful heroines of bollywood, termed fire in his eyes as the most important quality, which made him the super star that he was today.

It may be recalled that Shah Rukh Khan had started his acting career with a television serial ‘Fauji’ and later joined bollywood with his negative roles in films like ‘Baazigar’ and ‘Darr’ .It was these negative roles which transformed him into a sensation with his dialogue ‘K…K….K….Kiran..’ from Yashraj Films’ becoming rage all over the country.
